1. "Is BUYING the cd SAFE through your website?" YES. All transactions are handled by Paypal, the leading provider of secure on-line transactions. Your name, shipping address, and e-mail address are sent to us, in order that we can communicate and ship directly to you. Your credit card information is not stored by them, or transmitted to this website under any circumstances.

2. "I'm UNCOMFORTABLE using my credit card ON-LINE. CAN I STILL BUY the CD?" YES. You can place phone and fax orders, send a check via regular mail, or buy a cd with cash at a live show.

3. "I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. How do I order the CD without one?" Virtually all legal tenders are accepted: personal checks, cash, money orders, international money orders, etc.

4. "WHEN WILL MY CD ARRIVE?" CD orders are normally packed and shipped on Mondays, via First-Class US Mail in the continental United States, and normal delivery times apply. International orders are dependent upon location and certain factors beyond our control, so extra time and shipping charges apply.

5. "HOW MUCH does it cost TO SHIP the CD?" Currently, regular shipping charges are included with the price of the CD. Special arrangements can be made for rush orders by writing to: store@brodanproductions.com

6. "WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CD ARRIVES DAMAGED in the mail?" If your CD arrives damaged, another will be shipped to you immediately, absolutely free, no questions asked. Simply write to us at store@brodanproductions.com

7. "What happens if I SIMPLY DON'T LIKE the CD?" Please take as long as 90 days to listen and enjoy Nothin' Better Than This. If during that time you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, simply return the item to: Brother Dan Palmer 1805 N. Carson St. Suite #118 Carson City, NV 89701. Include your shipping address, and a full refund will be forwarded to you immediately, no questions asked.
