Harsev has been pursuing mastery of the tabla (sometimes called "talking drums") since early childhood. Specializing in the Kherva style of tabla, Harsev adds a fresh and unique presence and sound to "Nothin' Better Than This." His playing credits include opeing for Three Dog Night, plus playing with Grammy award nominated cellist Eugen Friesen, Indian recording artists Daya Singh and M. Ali Khan, and he was featured at the grand opening weekend of Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina in Lake Tahoe, CA.
Brother Dan and Harsev met and began playing together almost 25 years ago, when Harsev owned a nightclub in Bakersfield, CA. Although born and raised in America, Harsev proudly embraces his family and cultural traditions, and is still involved in the running of the family fruit orchards in Northern California.
